Key responsibilities:
– Greet and direct customers
– Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
-Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
– Cross-sell products
– Inform customers about discounts and special offers
– Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Requirements:
Strong communication skills along with active listening.
Bachelor Degree.
Experience from 1 to 3 years in the Retail industry preferably Mobile industry.
Good speaking manners.
Presentable.
