.Experience: Most employers require at least 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with some experience in managerial or supervisory roles*
.Accounting skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices*
.Management skills: Ability to lead and manage teams effectively*
·Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software, such as Odoo or SAP*
