Receptionist
Statements for Consulting
Sheraton, Cairo
Job Description
- Greet and welcome clients/visitors as soon as they arrive and direct them to the appropriate person/office
- Answer phones in a professional manner, and schedule appointments when needed
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily deliveries
- Ensure reception area and all common areas are tidy and presentable including all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Schedule meetings and prepare meeting rooms accordingly
- Make all arrangements needed for any business trip including travel and accommodations reservations
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs
- Assist colleagues with administrative tasks
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning ..etc
- Follow up on office maintenance and schedule maintenance visits when needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any filed
- 0 – 2 work experience as a receptionist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
