Job Description
We are looking for an experienced sales manager to join our team in the training field. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our training programs. The sales manager will be expected to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and drive new business opportunities.
:Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales projections
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the training team to identify and meet the needs of clients
- Attend industry online events and conferences to network and showcase our training programs
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results
:Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the training industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working hours : 9 am to 5 pm
- Working Location : from Home
