Elbatal Developments is seeking a
Financial Director
”Who can lead our financial operations and ensure compliance with tax regulations
:The financial director will report to the CEO and will be responsible for the following *
Developing and implementing financial strategies and policies*
Preparing and analyzing accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts*
Monitoring and managing cash flow and liquidit*
Optimizing our capital structure and debt financing*
Ensuring adherence to local and international tax laws and regulations*
:Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related field from a reputable institution*
At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in the real estate sector*
A professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA or equivalent*
