Job Title: Account Manager – Social Media Marketing
:Summary of Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic social media marketing company. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the success of their social media marketing campaigns. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, managing projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
:Responsibilities
– Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact for all social media marketing needs.
– Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with clients’ goals and objectives.
– Collaborate with clients to define campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
– Coordinate with internal teams (content creators, designers, and analysts) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of social media campaigns.
– Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommending optimization strategies.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
– Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and contribute to the growth of the company’s client portfolio.
– Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and manage expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
– Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and reviews with clients to assess campaign performance, provide strategic recommendations, and foster long-term partnerships.
:Qualifications
– Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role within the social media marketing industry.
– Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective advertising features.
– Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) to schedule posts, monitor activity, and analyze performance.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas, build rapport, and present strategies to clients.
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum results.
– A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative social media marketing approaches.
– Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
