We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Graphic Designer. In this role, you will lead our design efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create visually stunning and compelling designs that captivate our audience

:Responsibilities

– Lead and oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing design deliverables-

– Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts, brand identities, and visual strategies that align with our business goals-

– Create engaging and innovative designs for various mediums, including print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, presentations, and more-

– Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design elements and materials-

– Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, inspiring their growth and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment-

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our design capabilities-

– Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and photographers to ensure the production of high-quality materials-

– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment-

:Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field-

– Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects-

– Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software-

– Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques-

– Solid knowledge of print production processes and preparing files for both print and digital platforms-

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas-

– Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers-

– Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously-

– A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques-
