Identify the customer requirements through applying B.TECH selling procedures, offering different products and services and discussing different promotions to meet customer needs.
Ensure the customer receives promises through close follow up on customers’ requirements and requests with other stakeholders until the service is properly delivered.
Handle customer complains in a calm and professional manner-
Share the responsibility of stock accuracy and products safety, while reporting on issues and variances to contribute to more efficient stock control and maintenance.
Provide in-depth product knowledge including features, benefits, and overall value.
Maintain B.TECH standards by following the pre-set policies and procedures, such as but not limited to dress code, floor attitude, sales policies and code of conduct to maintain the company image.
Handle the invoicing process to adhere to B.TECH selling standards and to contribute to more efficient sales tracking and recording.
Cooperate with team members to achieve overall branch goals and enhance the customer experience to build long term customer relations.
Enter sales orders receipts and invoices on system on a daily basis.
Collect payments (cash or visa) from customers on a daily basis.
Ensure the amount of money deposited in the bank is equal to the safe box amount on system.
Prepare the receipt register report on a daily basis.
Generate the daily credit invoice report (for customer’s collections).
File all collected receipts and sales orders.
Perform store audit physical count (audit).

:Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant-
Plus 2 years of Retail experience in electronics , home appliances industries in areas of ( mobiles – Gaming – laptop- MDA/SDA – TV )-
Extremely customer focus and hospitality-
Exceptional Customer service skills-
High emotional intelligence-
Numerical abilities-
Proficiency in English both written and spoken-
