Work: Full-Time
We are looking for an enthusiastic Application Support Agent to contribute to generating sales for our company. Our Customer Support agent handles customer queries and helps them out to have a great user experience!You will be responsible for audit ads to align it with Waseet.net content policy, provide an exquisite user experience by handling client queries and providing them with the needed support.

Moderate ads on a daily basis to make sure that the ad content follow our company policy*
Report user behavior trends to team leaders*
Provide good user experience by moderating ads on timely manner*
Handle ads publishing*
:Job Requirements
What will you need to be successful in this role*
A Bachelor degree in any related major*
Experience 1-3 years in Telesales / Call Center / Data Entry*
Business proficiency in English Language*
Familiarity with internet industry and online trading is a plus*
Customer support intelligence and ability to handle tough customers with professionalism*
Strong sales experience, preferably in the GCC Marketing*
Positive work characteristics: detail oriented, adaptable/flexible, organized, self-directed, proactive and confident*
