:Al Safy Foods is currently hiring Admin Assistant
:Job Responsibilities
· Receiving and processing purchase orders.
· Verifying orders, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Expediting orders through internal liaison.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Inventory control and deficiencies follow up.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
:Qualifications
· 2 – 4 years of experience in the same position*
· bachelor’s degree*
· Understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies*
· Proficient in MS Office*
· An analytical mind with problem-solving skills*
· Fluency in English speaking and writing*
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities*
· Organizational skills*
· Administrative writing and reporting skills*
· Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills*
