Job Description
The social media moderator is responsible for Organizing and managing posts, tweets, photographs, videos, monitor our brand’s online presence, and interact with all the comments and feedback from our consumers.
:Job responsibilities
Moderate social media Platforms*
Answer Direct Messages on SM platforms*
Answer in all comments on posts on all SM platforms*
Communicates with followers as well as responding to queries and monitors customers’ reviews*
Managing consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all comments and messages*
:Job Requirements
From 1-4 years of experience as social media moderator preferred at fitness industry*
Familiar with social media platforms*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse communities*
Bachelor’s degree holder*
Very good in English is must*
Very good knowledge at fitness industry *
