Role Description

Academies City is looking for a full-time Senior Social Media Specialist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, creating content for social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms.

:Responsibilities

-Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with Academies City’s marketing objectives and brand identity.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, target audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

-Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

-Curate and share industry-related content, articles, and news to keep our audience informed and engaged.

-Actively engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

-Foster meaningful connections with our followers and encourage user-generated content.

-Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.

-Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.

-Monitor social media metrics and generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

-Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine social media strategies.

-Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the education sector.

:Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field*

3+ years of experience in social media management*

Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting techniques*

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills*

Experience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite*

Ability to work independently and in a team environment*

Strong organizational and project management skills*

Passion for education and a commitment to promoting equitable access to education for all students*

Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt*
