HR Recruiter
We seek a highly motivated and skilled #HR_Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the Glasses industry. As an HR Recruiter, you will be crucial in attracting, selecting, and retaining talented individuals to support our growing organization.
:Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies*
Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks*
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit*
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process*
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates*
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates*
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process*
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition*

:Requirements
Work experience as an HR Recruiter 2-3 Years*
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices. “Blue collar is a must”*
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred*
Must be Male*
Excellent recruitment and hiring skills, including the ability to source and screen candidates*
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers*
Ability to develop and implement training programs and onboard new hires*
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team*
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field*
Proficient reporting skills to produce reports on hiring analyses*
