:Job Responsibilities
– Provide technical support to users over the phone, email, chat, or in person*
– Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems*
– Set up and configure new user accounts and devices*
– Install and maintain software applications*
– Provide training and support to users on new technologies and procedures*
– Document and track all user requests and support tickets*
– Escalate complex issues to more experienced technicians or engineers*
:Requirements
Education*
– Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science
– Comptia A+ preferred*
:Experience
– 1-3 Years of experience in a technical support role *
