المتطلبات

Job Description
- Consults, communicates, works closely / proactively to provide HR guidance to the employees and people managers.
- Supports all employees fulfilling their requests and complaints.
- Manages and follows-up execution of white- and blue-collar employees benefits, training and CSR based on Budget.
- Handles and supports the performance management process full cycle offline (blue collars) and online (white collars) through communication with employees, their managers, the preparation of calibration requirements and reporting.
- Prepares with Plant Management Team the talented employees development plans.
- Manages the resourcing full cycle starting from (manpower planning, job posting, CVs screening, HR and technical / functional interviews, offering and onboarding).
- Assists Plant Management team and people managers in preparing and implementing the training plan as per Budget.
- Participates in implementing the CSR initiatives and actions approved by Plant CSR Committee and MCM as per Budget.
- Coordinates with people managers the full cycle of annual bonus.
- Assists Plant Management Team to prepare their departmental annual leaves plans.
- Prepares monthly Plant HR and CSR reports.
- Issues HR letters.
- Handles the employees termination of service.
- Handles with Plant Management Team the proposals of salary adjustments.
- Handles and coordinates employee opinion survey with all employees offline (blue collars) and online (white collars).
- Participates among other concerned HR peers to develop the action plans for the company priorities based on the employee opinion survey outcomes.
- Supports and act as focal reference point for all employees in wellness health campaigns.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, accounting or Law.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Management position.
- Excellent knowledge of the local Labor Law, Social Insurance and other HR principles.
- Knowledge in ERP HR systems.
- Very good reporting and presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking.
- Problem solving.
- Team building skills and flexibility.
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy.
