“HR – OD & Training Specialist”

Job Location: New Cairo

Join us in the “HR – OD & Training” department to develop essential skills in planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs and workshops. Also Gaining insights into the entire Training and Development process while immersing yourself in real Training and Development challenges.

:Responsibilities

· Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs and workshops*

· Prepare training materials, including presentations, handouts, assessments, and other resources*

· Coordinate logistics such as training room setup, technology requirements, and participant communications*

· Maintain accurate records of training attendance, evaluations, and other relevant data*

. Participate in the hiring process*

:Requirements

· A bachelor’s degree*

· Excellent in English is a Must*

· Detail-oriented Caliber with Strong communication and interpersonal skills*

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office*

. HR Certificate holder is preferable*
