We are seeking to hire ” Customer Support Specialist” for one of our Clients
:Responsibilities
– Swiftly addressing and resolving support tickets from clients with timely responses.
– Offering comprehensive assistance through various communication channels, such as phone, email, text, and remote desktop tools.
– Collaborating with teammates to troubleshoot and devise solutions for complex issues.
– Building rapport with clients and ensuring friendly communication at a corporate level.
– Efficiently managing inbound tickets and facilitating seamless handovers with other teams.
– Delivering outstanding customer experiences while upholding technical excellence.
– Effectively managing time and handling delegated tasks for optimal productivity.
– Showcasing skills in POS menu editing, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting.
:Qualifications
– Alexandria Residence.
– Graduates only.
– Minimum of 1 year of previous Call Center Experience (is a must).
– Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Preferred IT experience or technical aptitude.
– Proficiency in Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
– Strong knowledge of Windows services, TCP/IP, and networking.
– Familiarity with SQL is preferred but not essential.
– Flexible with 24/7 Rotational Shift (Females up to 11 PM only)
