- Leverage relevant experience and Integrant knowledge to determine target audiences and develop unique marketing campaigns tailored to capture the attention and interest of specific segments.
- Collaborative Strategy Alignment:
- Work closely with the content manager and content team to align social media and digital platform strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and storytelling.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other marketing departments to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives for a cohesive brand presence.
- Engagement and Community Building:
- Monitor digital channels to foster a strong community of engagement, promptly addressing remarks and comments of all types to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit the ability to craft and adapt the right voice and tone for each social media platform, enhancing brand identity and audience engagement.
- Strategic Implementation and Innovative Idea Generation:
- Stay current with social media functions, trends, and best practices, implementing strategies that align with overall marketing goals and recommending enhancements for improved performance.
- Demonstrate creative skills by contributing new and innovative ideas to elevate social media campaigns and content, capturing audience attention.
- Content Calendar Management:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and maintains a consistent posting schedule.

- Emerging Trends and Technologies:
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platforms, and technologies, and apply relevant innovations to enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- 5-7 years of proven social media management strategy and community management experience
- Required experience in B2B social media marketing
- Proven track record of engaging US target audiences effectively
- Essential familiarity with the tech industry and its nuances
- Proficiency in leveraging content management systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms for strategic content distribution and performance assessment
- Creative mindset and adeptness in crafting engaging stories for social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of SEO preferred
- Exceptional critical thinking skills for analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and making informed decisions to elevate content strategy
- Successful history of managing social media content strategy and calendars
- Strong presentation skills for impactful content delivery
- Ability to seamlessly switch between high-level strategic thinking and meticulous content analysis, driving the vision for social media initiatives
- Proven ability to independently problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and execute tasks with precision
