:Job responsibilities
、 Advertisement release, maintenance, and update*
、 Resume collection and screening*
、 Interview arrangement and assessment*
、 Summarize the problems existing in the recruitment work, put forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the recruitment system and process, and* complete the recruitment analysis report*
Responsible for the establishment of the enterprise talent pool, resume management, and information confidentiality*
:Job Qualifications
、 Bachelor’s degree*
、 At Least practical experience in recruitment for 6 months*
、 Excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking skills, excellent communication skills*
、 Good English and Microsoft Office*
-Working hours: From 8 am to 5 pm (including 1 hour break)*
-Day off: Friday*
