وصف الوظيفة:
- الإشراف على الوظائف المحاسبية العامة وإدارتها، بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الحسابات الدائنة، والحسابات المستدينة، والدفتر العام، والضرائب.
- إدارة أنشطة التدقيق المالي الفصلي والسنوي، وتدقيق الرقابة المالية للشركة السنوي.

- الإشراف على إنتاج التقارير المالية الدورية؛ يضمن أن تتوافق النتائج المبلغ عنها مع المبادئ المحاسبية المقبولة عمومًا أو معايير التقارير المالية.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- أكثر من 10 سنوات من الخبرة في المحاسبة/المالية بشكل عام.
- من 2 إلى 4 سنوات من الخبرة في منصب مشابه لمنصب “مدير المحاسبة”.
- مهارات قوية في استخدام برامج Microsoft Office مثل Excel و Word و PowerPoint.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.
- جيد جدا في قراءة/كتابة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- مسار مهني مستقر بدون انتقال سريع من شركة إلى أخرى.
- شهادة CMA أو CPA.
- معرفة مثبتة بمبادئ الممارسات المحاسبية والمعايير والقوانين واللوائح.

Job Description
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Manage quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions.
- Proven of Deeply work on Tax and WHT, Supplied detailed tax documentation for submission of accurate Tax returns..
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
- Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
- Prepare and manage tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
- Generated invoices upon receipt of billing information and tracked collection progress.
- Audits accounts to ensure compliance with ISO regulations and internal policies guidance.
- Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
- Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in Accounting/Finance in general.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar position as “Accounting Manager”
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very Good in reading/writing English language.
- Stable career bath with no quick moving from one company to another.
- Certified CMA or CPA.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
