:Responsibilities
– Contacting customers via chat*
– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives*
– Internal communication with related departments to solve user’s issues*
– Achieving agreed targets within the agreed deadlines*
:Qualifications
– At least 1 – 3 years’ of customer service*
– Ability to multi-task, organize work accordingly*
– Professional command in English for both writing and speaking*
