متطلبات الوظيفة:
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (اللغة الإضافية ميزة إضافية).
- يجيد التعامل مع العملاء .
- خبرة في العمل في الفنادق أو المطاعم أو غيرها من أدوار الضيافة وخدمة العملاء.
- مهارات حل المشاكل الممتازة.
- مهارات قوية في الكمبيوتر والكتابة.
- منظم، مجتهد، ويهتم بالتفاصيل.

Job Description
– Assist our guests in person and via chat, phone, and email
– Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
– Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with services, facility hours of operations, directions, etc.
– Support the back-of-house on a day-to-day basis as needs arise through housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues
– Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of both guest-facing and back of house working spaces
– Support multiple Brassbell properties throughout the local market, as required
Job Requirements
Fluent in English and Arabic (additional language is a plus)
– You love speaking with others in person and via phone, email, and chat
– Experience working in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality, service roles
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Strong computer literacy and writing skills
– Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented
– Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
– Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
