About the job
Role purpose:
Ownership of the Candidate Experience management, end to end Resourcing process management. Responsible for Resourcing Operation administrative tasks
- Connect & work with Recruiting managers and Business stakeholders for execution of hiring plan
- Execute hiring plan across verticals
- Responsible for end to end candidate experience management
- Taking care of Interview coordination and candidate feedback management through ATS
- Create and manage candidate interview tracker and report to ensure for audit governance
- Ensure required documents, approvals etc. are maintained properly for monthly audit purpose
- Taking care of BGV process & pre-onboarding activities
- Managing communication with the candidates and hiring Manager on the day of Onboarding
- Manager post offer candidate engagement activities
- Ensure right communication shared with all stakeholders in timely manner
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition function
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail (zoom in) and high-level understanding of effective Resourcing process
- Solid communication, interpretation skills and Data reporting skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- University degree
- German language proficiency (C1/C2)
- Fluent in English
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in managing recruiting process in a corporate environment
