Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves working at contact centers and requires proficiency in computer literacy.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in customer support and contact centers is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
