المسؤوليات:
- الرد على جميع طلبات واستفسارات أصحاب البطاقات والتجار عبر الهاتف.
- المشاركة في حل الصعوبات التي قد تواجه أصحاب البطاقات والتجار.
متطلبات الوظيفة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في أي مجال ذي صلة
- 0-3 سنوات من الخبرة العملية
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية
- معرفة جيدة بجهاز الكمبيوتر وتطبيقات Microsoft Office
- شفتات عمل متغيرة (8 ساعات و2 يوم راحة)

Job Description:
- Respond to all requests and inquiries cardholders and merchants by phone.
- Participate in solving the difficulties that might face cardholders and merchants.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages
- Excellent Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices
- Rotation Shifts ( 8 h & 2 Days Off)
