متطلبات الوظيفة:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنوات في دور تنسيقي.
  • مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابية وشفوية).
  • إجادة MS Office وإدخال البيانات؛ معرفة عملية ببرنامج ERP تعد ميزة إضافية.
  • عناية كبيرة بالتفاصيل.

Job Description

  • Manage project timelines, resources and budgets
  • Develop plans for projects/events/processes and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor progress of projects/events/processes to ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project/event/process
  • Develop reports to track progress and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the project/event/process
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with the project/event/process

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a coordination role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS office and data entry; working knowledge of ERP software is a plus
  • Great attention to detail
