Branch Manager

1. Developing operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.

2. Demonstrates a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events and manages smooth transitions thereafter to keep the branch operating to standards.

3. Displays a customer comes first attitude by training and holding the team accountable for delivering high-quality customer service.

4. Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Seven Fortunes.

5. Plans, identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to the team to ensure smooth flow of operations.

6. Reviews branch environment and key business indicators to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to the branch team to achieve operational goals.

7. Conducting the Standup Meetings.

8. Monitors and manages branch staffing levels to ensure team development and talent acquisition to achieve and maintain branch operational requirements.

9. Soliciting customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community.

10. Uses all operational tools to plan for and achieve operational excellence in the branch. Tools include Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Business Reviews, petty cash and cash management, BAR level and inventory management.

11. Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in branch performance.

12. Actively manages branch team by regularly conducting performance assessments, providing feedback, and setting challenging goals to improve the team’s performance.
