- جيد في Excel و Google Sheets.

Job Description
About the role – role mandate
Targeting agents (brokers) who meet our criteria for acquiring cars. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful acquisition of vehicles by pitching and delivering the right brand of Alajans that we desire.
- Identifying and engaging agents who match our set criteria for acquiring cars. This involves actively seeking out potential agents, evaluating their suitability, and establishing partnerships with them.
- Onboarding new agents and ensuring their smooth activation within our system. This includes providing necessary training, guidance, and support to help them effectively carry out their roles.
- Following up on leads generated by our agents. This entails maintaining regular communication with agents to track progress, provide guidance, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Updating the status of leads in our system throughout the entire valuation, pricing, communication, and inspection phases. This ensures accurate and up-to-date information for effective decision-making.
- Working closely with our transaction and finance teams to ensure full alignment and coordination for closed deals of acquired cars. This collaboration is vital in streamlining processes and ensuring seamless transactions.
Job Requirements
- Experience in acquisition/supply work dynamics ( not a must in automotive )
- Experience in frontline teams with external stakeholders.
- Agile with work timings depending on business needs.
- Good negotiation and handling skills with external stakeholders
- Good with excel and google sheets
- Organized to keep things tracked and have clear root cause and reporting
