- مهارات اتصال استثنائية مع القدرة على تكييف رسائلك ومحتواك مع مختلف أنواع ومستويات الجمهور (الفني وغير الفني).
- القدرة على تعدد المهام وتحديد الأولويات والعمل مع العديد من أصحاب المصلحة والمساهمة كجزء من فريق موزع جغرافيًا.
- مهارات الاتصال الكتابية والشفوية الممتازة للعديد من روابط الاتصال المتنوعة مثل التسويق وإدارة المبيعات والرعاية المدارة.

Job Description
provide regular forecasts of business numbers and take necessary action to ensure sales targets are achieved
Motivate, coach, and mentor the team to both grow existing accounts and capture new business throughout the region by developing effective sales strategies to ensure 100% achievement
Actively work transversally across the commercial organization and with all relevant departments (locally and globally) to assess, recommend, prioritize and implement training solutions aligned with business needs
Provide premier customer service both in-person and over the phone and drive positive business results
Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets by establishing sales goals and monitoring the status of these goals
Structure and monitor tele sales efforts
Design strategic sales plans using competitive analysis, customer segmentation plans, and thoughtful offerings positioning
Play a hands-on role in the Field Sales team by maintaining a personal presence and being highly visible through direct customer engagements
Design, develop and continuously advance training curricula for Key Account Managers (KAMs) across the Neurology portfolio of products, with focus on product, disease state, selling skills, market environment and account management
Collaborate with appropriate team members to identify and analyze needs/skill gaps with the purpose of building appropriate and timely training solution
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s and University Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Management, Design, Business/Administration, MBA, Human Resources, Technical, Medical
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt your messaging and content to various types and levels of audience (both technical and non-technical)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, work with multiple stakeholders, and contribute as part of a geographically distributed team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to many and varied communication links such as Marketing, Sales Management, and Managed Care
Candidate should have a 5
