Job Description
- Reply to customer inquiries through all channels, spoken and written, through all the ways of communication including social media channels.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about Lazaro Scent products and services to customers, such as their ingredients, fragrance notes, and benefits.
- Helping customers choose the right Lazaro Scent product for their needs.
- Processing orders and providing shipping updates in cooperation with operation team
- Upsell and cross-sell Lazaro Scent products to customers.
- Follow up on customer needs and inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Work with other departments to improve customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on Lazaro Scent products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- Knowledge of Lazaro Scent products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Sales experience is a plus
