Community Manager – Beta Greens Compound

We are looking for a passionate “Community Manager” to Join us at Beta Greens – New Cairo Compound!

You will be responsible for the following tasks:-

• Handle Owners requests, inquiries, complaints received in a timely manner.
• Conduct site tours and provide needed orientation to visitors.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust with owners.
• Conduct all necessary follow-up with other departments on behalf of the owners to resolve his / her problems.
• Provide accurately all needed reports & data.
• Preparing and supervising policies and procedures for after-sales services (maintenance, agriculture, security..etc).
• Responsible for delivering units on site and supervising finishing work.
