- Present inventory of properties that are competitive with a variety of client to be compatible with buyer financing
- Working as a consultant for the buyer by advice the client on market condition and market investment opportunities.
- Attend meetings with clients on points of sale
- Answer client questions according to business need.
- Acquire new leads through different methods & ways in order to expand the network circle
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive opportunity to the client & be aware of similar units in different projects with the same criteria
- Finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline, and building powerful relationships with them.
- Keeping up-to-date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial sector.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
