  • Present inventory of properties that are competitive with a variety of client to be compatible with buyer financing
  • Working as a consultant for the buyer by advice the client on market condition and market investment opportunities.
  • Attend meetings with clients on points of sale
  • Answer client questions according to business need.
  • Acquire new leads through different methods & ways in order to expand the network circle
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive opportunity to the client & be aware of similar units in different projects with the same criteria
  • Finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline, and building powerful relationships with them.
  • Keeping up-to-date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial sector.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

  • 0 to 6 months real estate experience
