Sutherland Cairo is finally here and we are currently hiring fluent English speakers for a Customer Service vacancy (Technical Support Associates and Retention Specialists)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone (inbound calls)
- Provide knowledgeable answers to the customers’ inquiries
