متطلبات الوظيفة:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المبيعات والتسويق أو مجال ذي صلة ه.
  • خبرة 3-5 سنوات في المبيعات الرقمية أو التسويق الرقمي إلزامية.
  • فهم ممتاز لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة وأفضل الممارسات لمبيعات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
  • خبرة سابقة في الإدارة / قيادة الفريق
  • لديك مهارات عرض تقديمية قوية.
  • مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
  • مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية جيدة جدا.
  • القدرة المثبتة على قيادة عملية المبيعات من الخطة إلى الإغلاق.
  • حس تجاري قوي وخبرة في الصناعة.
  • مهارات ممتازة في الإرشاد والتدريب وإدارة الأشخاص.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ‘’ Digital Sales Manager” to fulfill a key role in our company and help us reach our growth targets.will be in charge of creating and implementing new digital marketing strategies, as well as optimizing our digital sales funnel for new sales, retention opportunities, and cross-sales. This role also includes monitoring key performance and risk indicators (KPIs and KRIs) and identifying areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Searching for new customers in Gulf area.
  • Ability to cooperate effectively within a team and with clients.
  • Follow up on the sale / reclose the deal.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Observe sales calls, coach sales executives to optimize results and intervene to resolve performance problems
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Hire, onboard, develop, manage, train and coach account executives, account managers and digital fulfillment team members.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field is preferable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Sales or Digital Marketing is must.
  • Excellent understanding of different social media platforms and best practices for social media sales.
  • Previous management/team leader experience
  • Have strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Very Good English Language skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  •  Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
