المؤهلات:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المبيعات أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة (درجة الماجستير تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
  • سجل حافل من النجاح لمدة 5 سنوات على الأقل في تنمية الأعمال أو المبيعات أو إدارة الحسابات في قطاع التشطيبات والتصميم الداخلي أو العقارات.
  • فهم قوي لمنتجات ومواد وتقنيات التشطيبات والتصميم الداخلي.
  • مهارات استثنائية في التواصل والتفاوض والشخصية.
  • القدرة المُثبتة على تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات.
  • الدافع الذاتي والتركيز على الأهداف والنتائج.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق عمل تعاوني.
  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية وإدارة الوقت.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development to join our dynamic team and help us grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving sales.

As a Senior Business Development, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will collaborate closely with our design and project teams to create tailored solutions for our clients, providing them with superior interior design and finishing services. This is a strategic and results-oriented role that requires a proactive, self-driven, and highly motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the finishing and interior design sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with our design team to develop customized proposals and design solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that are mutually beneficial to the client and the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Work with the marketing team to create marketing materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or account management within the finishing and interior design or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of interior design and finishing products, materials, and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
