Job Description
We are looking to hire a sales coordinator with great interpersonal skills to communicate with clients.
Responsibilities:
•Meet and greet our customers in the showroom.
- Explain technical product information to customers.
- Explain financial information to customers.
- Recommend products or services to customers
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and notifying customers with delivery dates.
- Handling social media direct messages.
- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers.
- Follow up on quotations and client payments and contracts
- Accurately complete order information, collect deposits and fees, Keep orderly customer records, and research customer payments and deliveries
- Keep Sales Tracking updates.
- Research and identify potential customers for products or services.
- Make market survey reports
- Contact customers to arrange appointments and ensure all sales representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Developing new leads
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1 to 3 years experience in similar companies with good knowledge of wood work
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
