  • خبرة مثبتة في دور خدمة العملاء.
  • شغف بالألعاب وفهم عميق لمنتجات الألعاب وتقنياتها.
  • مهارات اتصال ممتازة وموقف ودود يركز على العميل.
  • قدرات قوية لحل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على العمل المتعدد والعمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
  • يفضل سكان الجيزة.
  • دبلوم ثانوي أو ما يعادله.

 

Job Description

– Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
– Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
– Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and technical support related to gaming products.
– Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
– Maintain knowledge of the latest gaming trends and product releases to better assist customers.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Document and report recurring customer issues for process improvement.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming products and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • preferably Giza residents.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
