متطلبات الوظيفة:

  • خبرة عمل مثبتة كقائد فريق أو مشرف لمدة 3 سنوات على الأقل
  • معرفة عميقة بمقاييس الأداء
  • مهارات جيدة في الكمبيوتر ، وخاصة MS Excel ونظام CRM
  • مهارات الاتصال والقيادة الممتازة
  • مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت
  • مهارات صنع القرار
  • درجة في الإدارة أو التدريب في قيادة الفريق ميزة إضافية
  • لطيف وجدير بالثقة
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل جنبًا إلى جنب مع مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين الممتازة
  • سجل حافل بإنجاحات المبيعات

 

Job Description

We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Team leader for Resale department

He/ She have to be an intermediary between seller and buyers.

 Real estate Team Leader Responsibilities:

 

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Set clear team goals
  • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Oversee day-to-day operation
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
  • Discover training needs and provide coaching
  • Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Suggest and organize team building activities
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Consultant sales in real estate
  • Understand customer requirements.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers for resale department
  • Manage property Resale for resale department
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties for resale department
  • Develop networks and cooperate with developers
  • Promote sales through prospecting.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Minimum 3 years
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel and CRM system
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
  • Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven track of successful sales record
