- خبرة عمل مثبتة كقائد فريق أو مشرف لمدة 3 سنوات على الأقل
- معرفة عميقة بمقاييس الأداء
- مهارات جيدة في الكمبيوتر ، وخاصة MS Excel ونظام CRM
- مهارات الاتصال والقيادة الممتازة
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت
- مهارات صنع القرار
- درجة في الإدارة أو التدريب في قيادة الفريق ميزة إضافية
- لطيف وجدير بالثقة
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل جنبًا إلى جنب مع مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين الممتازة

Job Description
We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Team leader for Resale department
He/ She have to be an intermediary between seller and buyers.
Real estate Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Consultant sales in real estate
- Understand customer requirements.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers for resale department
- Manage property Resale for resale department
- Maintain and update listings of available properties for resale department
- Develop networks and cooperate with developers
- Promote sales through prospecting.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Minimum 3 years
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel and CRM system
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven track of successful sales record
