بالنسبة لشركة تعمل في مجال التمويل ، نحن نبحث عن مساعد دعم لتولي المسؤوليات التالية:
- تقديم إجابات لاستفسارات العملاء من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني والدردشة المباشرة المتعلقة بخدمات الشركة.
- إدارة التفاعل مع العملاء بشكل يومي وتقديم المعلومات والحلول الصحيحة للمساعدة في تحسين تجربة العملاء.
- الرد على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني والاستجابة للدردشة المباشرة بطريقة فعالة.
- تحديد أسئلة العملاء ومخاوفهم واحتياجاتهم العامة.
- تقديم إجابات وحلول دقيقة لاستفسارات العملاء
- مراجعة حسابات العملاء والمعاملات أثناء حل المشكلات
- تقديم تفسيرات مفصلة عن الخدمات.
- فهم والسعي لتحقيق مقاييس الدعم مع تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة.
- اتبع “برامج نصية” للتواصل عند التعامل مع مواضيع مختلفة.
- مراجعة حسابات العملاء والمعاملات أثناء حل المشكلات
- تقديم تفسيرات مفصلة عن الخدمات.

For a company working in Finance, we are looking for Support Associate, to assume the following responsibilities:
- Provide answers to customers queries through website and live chat related to company services.
- Manage interaction with customers on a daily basis and providing the correct information and solutions to help to improve the customer experience.
- Answer E-mails and respond to live chats in an efficient manner.
- Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs.
- Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries
- Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues
- Giving detailed explanations of services
- Understanding and striving to meet support metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
