Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Representative, located in Al-Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing and following up on inbound leads, providing customer support, and generating sales revenue. The Telemarketing Representative will also be responsible for adhering to phone etiquette and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Customer service, phone etiquette, and communication skills
- Customer support and sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
