Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services, communicating with clients effectively, providing exceptional customer service, and sales of properties within DST Consultancy’s portfolio. The position requires expert knowledge in the real estate industry and regular communication with clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations
- Proven sales experience and the ability to close deals
- Ability to work with clients to understand their unique property needs and preferences
- Experience in property management, construction, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
