The whole buying experience takes place online, and consumers get the choice to have their car delivered for a 7-day test drive or a quick at-home test drive before purchasing. Our goal is to put consumers in total control of the purchasing process, allowing them to search, inspect, finance and purchase their next car fully online. No stress, no hidden fees.

 

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for using analytical skills to identify trends and improve processes.

  • Customer Support and Technical Support skills
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer issues
  • Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with customers
  • Analytical Skills to identify trends and improve processes
  • Customer Satisfaction oriented mindset
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bilingual in both Arabic and English
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Multi-tasking abilities
