متطلبات الوظيفة:

  • مهارات استشارية وكتابة وتحرير (صورة/فيديو/نص) وعرض وتواصل ممتازة.
  • خبرة قابلة للإثبات في مجال الشبكات الاجتماعية ومعرفة أدوات التحليلات الاجتماعية.
  • معرفة التسويق عبر الإنترنت وفهم جيد للقنوات التسويقية الرئيسية.
  • موقف إيجابي، واهتمام بالتفاصيل، وموجه نحو العملاء مع القدرة الجيدة على تعدد المهام والتنظيم.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية المكتوبة والمنطوقة.
  • شهادة بكالوريوس في الاتصالات أو التسويق أو الأعمال أو العلاقات العامة أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • تعد خبرة 1-2 سنة في الاعتدال وخدمة العملاء ميزة كبيرة.
  • مهارات الكتابة الممتازة.
  • الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على التكيف والمرونة.
  • منظم للغاية.
  • مهارات التواصل والتفاوض وحل المشكلات المتميزة.
  • مستخدم محترف لبرامج Microsoft Office.

Social Media Moderator

Job Description

  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, Marketing and sales …etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Reviewing and moderating all user-generated content within comments, images, links, videos, audios, private messages, and user profiles, liaising with the rest of the team when required to maintain a good relationship with our audience.
  • Moderating owners groups in  Facebook platform, and adapting methodology where appropriate to ensure that the brand tone of voice is consistent and to keep our customers satisfied.
  • Responding to and following up with queries from any communication channel to provide prospects with prompt and professional information on our products while deploying soft sales skills proactively and ensuring all quires are fulfilled on time.
  • Aligning with the rest of the team on campaigns and selling or marketing standards and methodologies to support our business goals.
  • Making reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes to have cumulative data to track the performance.
  • Monitoring all information and news related to the industry and the company to anticipate potential issue.

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented  with good multitasking and organisational ability.
  • Good command in English both written and spoken.
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations or any relevant field.
  • Experience 1-2 years in moderation and customer service is a huge plus.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer oriented
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Highly organized.
  • Outstanding communication, negation skills, and solving problems.
  • Professional user for Microsoft Office Programs.
