Customer Service Agent – English Account

This is a full-time on-site role located in Degla El Maadi for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support. You will respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
