As a Talent Manager at High Art, you will lead initiatives related to Talent Acquisition, Talent Performance, Talent Development, Talent Retention, and engagement. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
  • Develop and implement effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plans. Talent Performance:
  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee excellence
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and setting development goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance and productivity. Talent Development:
  • Identify training and development needs within the organization
  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Talent Retention & Engagement:
  • Implement retention strategies to ensure the long-term commitment of key talents
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to enhance workplace satisfaction
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee well-being and engagement. Overseeing HR Operations:
  • Manage and oversee HR operations functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide leadership in handling HR-related operational issues and inquiries

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on talent management.

Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of Google Documents and other HR software tools.

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful talent management strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
