Admin Assistant – fitragroup
*Job Description & Responsibilities:
· Organize and schedule appointments and meetings & taking minutes.
· Answer and direct phone calls.
· Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
· Write and distribute email, memos, letters, and forms.
· Develop and maintain computer & manual filing system.
· Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
· Provide general support to visitors.
· Provide information by answering questions and requests.
· Carry out administrative duties such as typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
· Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel reservations.
· Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
· Reply to email, telephone, or face to face inquiries.
· Conduct data entry.
*Qualifications and skills:
· Having a bachelor’s degree in any related field is a must.
· 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or any relevant position.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· V. good command of English.
· Willing to learn.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Familiar with CRM Solutions & Microsoft tools.
