Noon is hiring “Social Media Agent“
as a Social Media Agent you will be responsible for the below
. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms*
· Monitor the company’s social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for customer inquiries, comments, and mentions*
· Identify and escalate issues or trends to the appropriate teams for resolution*
· Provide accurate information, assistance, and solutions to customers in a friendly and helpful manner*
· Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues by collaborating with internal teams and following established procedures*
· Escalate the critical issues to higher levels of support as needed*
– The below qualifications are needed-
. 1-3 years of experience in Social Media, Customer Service or any relevant field*
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( English and Arabic)*
. Excellent Problem Solving skills*
. Familiar with the major social media platforms and a good understanding of social media trends and best practices*
– Location: Sheikh Zayed city, with an ability to work from home*
– Rotational work shifts*
