Key Accountabilities

  • Building out social media plan that suits overarching company goals and monthly campaigns.
  • Understand the targeted audience for each social channel- competitors analysis.
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting it.
  • Create and curate engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and optimize social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to create integrated campaigns.
  • Create daily ads reports.
  • Creating a great customer experience and loyalty.

:Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience same role
  • Healthcare related experience is a significant plus.
  • V.Good English level
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance in the medical field is a plus.
