Key Accountabilities
- Building out social media plan that suits overarching company goals and monthly campaigns.
- Understand the targeted audience for each social channel- competitors analysis.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy after conducting it.
- Create and curate engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Monitor social media conversations and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to create integrated campaigns.
- Create daily ads reports.
- Creating a great customer experience and loyalty.
:Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience same role
- Healthcare related experience is a significant plus.
- V.Good English level
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance in the medical field is a plus.
