:Job description
. Implementation of recruitment process in the region*
.Responsible for the preliminary review of recruitment requirements for various departments in the region*
.Responsible for posting recruitment advertisements, collecting, organizing, and screening job resumes*
.Proceed initial examination and providing initial examination opinions to the next stage of the interviewer*
. Recruitment data organization and data archiving: Organize the basic recruitment data required by the headquarters, and archive employee interview materials, recruitment reports, and other materials
.  Receive various complaints and labor disputes from employees, and promptly organize and follow up on them*
. Responsible for handling employee onboarding procedures, system entry, and establishing employee files and termination of employee labor contracts*
. Attendance, overtime, and vacation management: responsible for verifying and summarizing monthly employee attendance, overtime, and vacation data*

:Requirements
. Proven working experience as HR for 1-2 years-
. Knowledge of HR systems and databases-
. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills-
. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships-
. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices-
. HR diploma in Human Resources or HR Workshop is preferred-
