:Job Description
– Present, promote, and sell developer project to existing and prospective customers*
-Handling incoming leads from campaigns professionally and in a timely manner*
-Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs*
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
-Reach out to customer leads through cold calling*
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
-Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule*
-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments*
-Continuously improve through feedback*
-Daily using CRM to place leads feedback and activities reporting*
-Handling outside broker companies and maintaining a schedule of orientations and site visits*
:Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree*
-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills*
-Active and self-motivated*
-Excellent in English*
-Minimum 1 years experience in New Capital is a must*
-Own a Car Is a Must*
